Adaptive Governance pada Transisi Layanan Publik di Pedesaan Sigi Pasca Pandemi Covid-19

Transisi pandemi Covid-19 ke endemi perlahan mengubah pandangan pelayanan publik ke arah virtual. Sejumlah pakar meragukan bahwa pelayanan publik akan lambat merespon transisi dari pandemi Covid-19 ke endemi. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi langsung. Artikel ini berpendapat sebaliknya, bahwa meskipun tidak seluruhnya, transisi dari pandemi Covid-19 ke endemi telah memainkan peran yang sangat besar dalam rekonstruksi skema adaptasi tata kelola dalam pelayanan publik. Terdapat tiga respon adaptasi tata kelola dalam pelayanan publik dalam menghadapi transisi dari pandemi Covid-19 ke endemi, pertama penyesuaian jam kerja, beban kerja dan jam operasional layanan. Penelitian lapangan berlangsung di dua desa yang terdampak Covid -19 yaitu di Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah, yaitu desa Ampanau dan desa Kalubula Sigi. Abstraksi kasus di Sigi dapat membantu memahami adaptasi layanan publik di daerah pedesaan selama masa krisis.
