Pengaruh Tipe Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Every organization needs to determine the continuity of structural regeneration and running of the organization. Leaders are responsible for determining the continuity of structural regeneration and running of the organization. Consequently, leadership has a vital role in the organization. Human resource management has a certain goal, which is to ensure that the organization has a highly dedicated and well-performing workforce, and is facilitated with infrastructure to deal with the dynamics of change that may suit the needs of the workers. Meeting needs or equipment is a way to support the achievement of a motivated and high-performing workforce. In relation to human resources aspects, it is important to ensure that human resources are competent and have a competitive advantage, namely by increasing human capital (Human Capital) so that they can adapt to an ever-changing work environment. Therefore, the management of human resources must be managed effectively and efficiently so that the company’s performance can increase. Transformational leadership greatly influences performance outcomes. If the transformational leadership is good then the performance obtained will get good results, so if the transformational leadership is not managed properly then it will get bad results. This study aims to determine how much influence the type of transformational leadership has on employee performance. The sample in this study was 100 employees of RSIA Kemang Medical Care. The data analysis technique is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the type of transformational leadership has an influence on the performance of RSIA Kemang Medical Care employees.
